Refund and Returns Policy

This is the ‘Refund and Returns Policy’ for items purchased by customers from Pawsome Designs’ Online Shop. This policy does not cover any of our Website and Marketing Services.

 

 

Our refund and returns policy for shop purchased items lasts 30 days from the items purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund.

 

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and received back to us in the original packaging with all labels intact in re-saleable condition.

 

To initiate your return, please email info@pawsomedesigns.co.uk stating the order number and the reason for your return. You will then be informed of the correct returns address. * Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given in your ‘returns email’ reply. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning purchased items. To guarantee that we receive your returned items we do highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. Items that are not physically received (without proof of sending) cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

 

 

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that a product gets damaged whilst in transit and is received in a spoiled condition you must within 48 hours of receipt contact Pawsome Designs via info@pawsomedesigns.co.uk. We will require damage details, a photo of the damaged product along with the damaged packaging. In these circumstances we will do our best to replace the spoiled product within 5 working days or we will refund the total cost of the product.
